Stellite 6B cobalt-based high-temperature alloy, produced by Qinchuan New Materials (Zhengzhou) Co., Ltd., is an internationally advanced cobalt-chromium tungsten carbide-reinforced cast cobalt-based high-temperature alloy. It is an upgraded and improved version of the classic Stellite 6 alloy, featuring unique advantages such as high hardness over the entire temperature range, resistance to high-temperature softening, anti-galling and abrasion, and anti-thermal corrosion. The alloy's standard long-term stable service temperature is ≤850°C, with a short-term ultimate tolerance temperature of up to 1100°C, suitable for wear-resistant and heat-resistant components under high-temperature friction, sealing, and medium erosion conditions.
