Inconel 617 (equivalent grade: NiCr23Co12Mo, standards: ASTM B166/B167/B168, UNS N06617, 2.4663) is a high-performance nickel-chromium-cobalt-molybdenum solid solution strengthened superalloy produced by Qinchuan New Materials (Zhengzhou) Co., Ltd. The alloy, with its excellent high-temperature strength, creep resistance, and wide-spectrum corrosion resistance, performs outstandingly under long-term stable service temperatures of ≤850℃ and can reach a short-term ultimate temperature of 950℃. Inconel 617 is one of the most balanced commercial solid solution alloys for ultra-high-temperature conditions from 800-950℃, and is widely used in aviation thermal systems, ultra-supercritical energy equipment, and high-end chemical process hot-end equipment.

Main Product Features

Superior ultra-high temperature strength and creep resistance: Cobalt and molybdenum elements synergistically strengthen the matrix, significantly enhancing high-temperature creep resistance and durability. It can maintain stable structural strength under normal high-temperature conditions of 850℃ for a long time and withstand short-term high-temperature shocks up to 950℃.
