CoCrMo alloy is a high-end medical/industrial cobalt-based alloy produced by Qinchuan New Materials (Zhengzhou) Co., Ltd. The alloy adheres to ASTM F75 (Cast) and ASTM F1537 (Forged) standards and has a complete standard grade with UNS R30075 and ISO 5832-4. As an independent system medical-grade cobalt-based alloy, the CoCrMo alloy is based on cobalt, integrating precise proportions of high-chromium and molybdenum elements, and using a low-nickel controllable formula (nickel content ≤1.0%) to ensure no sensitization risk. It boasts four core advantages: ultra-high mechanical strength, extreme wear resistance and fatigue resistance, medical-grade biocompatibility, and broad-spectrum corrosion resistance.

  • Ultra-high strength, fatigue-resistant, wear-resistant: Relying on the cobalt-based matrix and composite strengthening mechanism of chromium molybdenum carbide, the alloy exhibits tensile strength, yield strength, and hardness far exceeding that of stainless steel, titanium alloys, and conventional nickel-based alloys, with extremely low notch sensitivity and top-level resistance to cyclic fatigue.
