Hastelloy X nickel-based solid solution strengthened high-temperature alloy, produced by Qinchuan New Materials (Zhengzhou) Co., Ltd., is a high-chromium, high-molybdenum solid solution strengthened nickel-based deformed high-temperature alloy with high iron content. Through the composite solid solution strengthening mechanism of chromium and molybdenum elements, it achieves a balanced match of high-temperature strength, oxidation resistance, and process performance, serving as a general-purpose core heat-resistant material for moderate to high-temperature applications in the aviation, energy, and chemical industries.

Excellent medium and high temperature performance:Hastelloy X maintains stable tensile strength, yield strength, and anti-creep properties within the core high-temperature range of 600℃ to 900℃, demonstrating excellent high-temperature endurance loading capacity.

Ultimate high-temperature anti-oxidation capability:The alloy surface can form a dense and stable chromium-based oxide protective layer, which is resistant to peeling, flaking, and powdering at high temperatures. It possesses excellent high-temperature anti-oxidation, anti-flue gas sulfidation, and anti-thermal gas erosion properties.
