ASTM F1537 Alloy 1 (Wrought CoCrMo), compliant with ISO 5832-12, is a medical grade wrought cobalt chromium molybdenum alloy. Manufactured via warm working process, it differs from ASTM F75 cast CoCrMo. The wrought process optimizes internal metallographic structure and eliminates casting porosity, greatly improving material toughness and fatigue resistance.
Specifications: Diameter Ø3.50mm, length 3000mm, strict h9 tolerance 3.49–3.50mm. High dimensional accuracy for subsequent precision CNC machining.
